A Deep Tissue massage works on a physical, mental and subtle level, Using elbows and forearms, heels of the hands and knuckles, a much deeper massage is administered, covering large areas of the body, applying pressure where needed and working to flatten and smooth out muscles and tension knots in the body.

Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a very gentle hands on technique that is soothing and rythmic. The aim is to help the body's lymphatic system function well and gently push toxins towards the lymphs.. The technique is soothing and rhythmic following the natural flow of lymph fluid in the body.

Manual lymphatic drainage for the face is a gentle massage technique that uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid to reduce swelling and puffiness.

This personalised session begins with a conversation about your goals and what you hope to gain. From there, you choose from a range of therapeutic techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage or Reflexology - to create your ideal combination. Aromatherapy with pure essential oils is then used to complement your selections and enhance relaxation.

Each session is designed to release tension, promote healing, and help you reach a deep state of calm and well-being.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, which also promotes healing. It is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low then we are more prone to ill health and anxiety, and if our life force energy is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki eliminates physical, mental and emotional blockages, which lead to the repetition of negative cycles, it brings balance and harmony back into every aspect of your life. I am also able to offer distant reiki healing, I act as a conduit and tune the healing energy to the person its being sent to and then it flows through the energy currents that exist naturally. Distance is not an obstacle for Reiki.

One of my most popular treatments combines 30 minutes of relaxation or deep tissue massage with 30 minutes of reiki. The massage prepares the body and mind, allowing reiki to work more deeply—many clients drift into sleep during this deeply restorative session.

Using hot stones made from basalt (black volcanic rocks)  this treatment works five times deeper than the hands, giving you the benefit of a truly deep massage without the pressure, it is a wonderful relaxing therapy, particularly in this cold climate of ours!
