YOGA

I believe the practise of Yoga and Meditation have the power to transform lives.

My intention when teaching is to instil a sense of calm in my students, and to encourage strength both in body and mind. For me it's about helping people switch off, escape and unwind from the stresses and strains of everyday life. I wish to cultivate a safe, non-competitive space for people to practise pranayama, asana and meditation. My teaching style is nurturing and supportive with strength of breath combined with gentle movement.

The practise of Yin Yoga really resonates with me as I believe more than any other practise of Yoga, people need this the most.

I am eternally grateful and honoured to share this wonderful practise, watching in awe as it shapes peoples lives, on and off the yoga mat.

You can find me teaching a range of classes at Yoga's Got Hot in Comely Bank, and Yellow Bamboo in Portobello, Edinburgh, I also run my own classes and workshops at Beetroot Sauvage each month, or I can bring the yoga to you with my private one to one or small group sessions in the comfort of your own home. I currently teach hatha, vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga, meditation and yoga nidra (guided meditation).

I also offer corporate sessions in the workplace to help spread the yoga goodness far and wide.
