Join me for a dreamy Saturday evening of blissed out candle-lit restorative yoga with Yoga Nidra.

My hope is that you will take a couple of hours out of your busy lives just for you, to switch off, wind down and most importantly breathe, connecting with your body and your powerful inner source..
My intention is to hold you safely and with compassion and care in this space.

The 90 minute restorative yoga practise will consist of floor postures entirely, which will be complimented by the many props you can access at the studio, including bolsters, pillows and blankets, whatever level of practitioner you are, all are welcome!

During the last half hour I will guide you through Yoga Nidra, which is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. You will be able to wrap yourself up in a blanket, cover your eyes with an eye mask if preferred and sink into a deeply relaxing meditation which promises a deep sleep that evening and a feeling of lightness and energy the following morning.

Mindful Meditation

This workshop is an introduction to meditation, including breath and sound.
You will learn techniques to generate greater mindfulness, concentration, and the relaxation of the body and mind.

During this workshop I will begin by introducing what Meditation is, the benefits of Meditation and together we will go through breathing exercises and suggested postures for Meditation, I will lead you through some meditations programmes you can incorporate into your own practise and I will give you advice for creating a suitable environment for Meditation in your home space. I will give you the tools you need to go away and create a personalised meditation programme for yourself. Towards the end of the session, I will take you on a journey through some beautiful Guided Meditations where you will be able to fully relax and immerse yourself in total relaxation. Leaving you refreshed and full of energy!

You will need a notepad and pen, warm clothes and a blanket and eye mask if preferred.
